All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.
All Creatures Mobile Grooming offers free standard shipping on every order shipped within the United States. No minimum purchase required. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@allcreaturesmobilegrooming.com and we will do our best to accommodate the change before the order ships.
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volume during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if a significant delay occurs.
If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days at info@allcreaturesmobilegrooming.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
If a package is refused or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the delivery, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.
